Project Management

Zircom is highly experienced in the delivery of major projects over a wide range of sectors.

Zircom’s Project Managers are responsible for the total delivery of the project to time and specification. They have full responsibility for Zircom’s adherence to Quality standards (ISO 14001:2015) and compliance with all Health & Safety legislation (HSWA, MHSWR, CDM etc.).

We pride ourselves on working closely with our customers to ensure we deliver to timescales, price and specification.

Health and Safety Management

Zircom has extensive documentation and procedures surrounding the delivery of works with foremost the safety of its employees, customers and the public.

Zircom’s Health and Safety Policy is backed by a set of Health and Safety Codes of Practice, focussing on individual risks and tasks operatives are required to perform, and providing a documented safe system of work.

All work conducted by Zircom is conducted in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and Health and Safety Codes of Practice.

Zircom provide ongoing training to all employees, appropriate to their position and the tasks they are required to perform.

Workmanship audits and health and safety audits are regularly performed on site.

Quality Management System

Zircom has a comprehensive Quality Policy Manual, and this is backed by a set of fully-audited Operating Procedures. Compliance with these operating procedures is mandatory.

All Zircom employees are committed to continuous quality improvement.

ISO Certification covers all areas of our business processes, including: business development, tendering, design, project implementation and post sales support.

Zircom’s independent ‘Quality Audit’ function provides real-time feedback on the ‘Quality Status’ of all Zircom operational site activity.

This proactive approach drives the communication and implementation of our quality values through training and mentoring supports our commitment to continuous improvement.

Engineers

Zircom projects are delivered by experienced and competent SC Cleared engineers.

Our engineers are supported by skilled Project Managers and established Company systems and procedures, accredited to ISO14001:2015, CHAS and Safe Contractor.

Both technical and health and safety training are provided.

Zircom is accredited by NIC EIC (national Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting), and have engineers qualified to the IEE Wiring Regulations 17^th Edition.

Zircom also have SCIDA qualified personnel.
